Our night begins as the sun sets: we celebrate the golden hour poolside over coconut cocktails and canapes. Meet new friends, share unforgettable food and tell stories that spill into dinner, while our bartender entertains and delights.
Crab Chase and Race
Every Friday night after the sun sets and bellies fill up on a Belizean BBQ, the games begin. Get a (crab) leg up on the competition, and find a winning crab for the weekly crab race: search in the shadows, and look out for a big shell—they’re the big winners.
