Goldson International Airport (BZE) via a 2.5-hour direct flight from the Houston International Airport (IAH) or William P. Hobby Airport (HOU) in Houston, Texas.

We’ll Handle the Logistics
We’ll be waiting to greet you outside the airport with a personalized sign, so you can’t miss us. We’ll do all of the heavy lifting, tagging your bags and transferring them to our shuttle—equipped with air conditioning and cold bottled water for your comfort—before driving you to the marina. And we’ll stow your bags in the boat until we cast off at 3 p.m., so your belongings are secure.
Cast Off into the Caribbean Sea
We cast off from Belize City every Wednesday and Saturday at 3 p.m. Travel in style and comfort with a welcome cocktail in hand and a cold towel across your neck; infused with peppermint essential oil, it will help you leave the jet-lag jitters behind and get a (sea) leg up on the hour and a half journey. Can’t make the scheduled boat transfer? Ask us about alternate transportation.
Heighten Your Travel Day
We can coordinate helicopter transfers for guests seeking a heightened mode of transport. With three routes to choose from, the helicopter is an efficient transfer and site-seeing tour of the Belize Barrier Reef, all in one. Feel the breeze on your face and take in the Caribbean Sea’s sapphire depths and azure shallows. Ask us about our helicopter transfers when you reserve your stay.
Arrive Revived on Our Island
Upon arrival at Turneffe Island Resort, you’ll be welcomed by our waitstaff receiving line. We’ll guide you to your room to freshen up before dinner, while our staff transfers your luggage to your doorstep. When you’re feeling refreshed, stop by the outdoor bar for happy hour, a cocktail and orientation of our island, Little Caye Bokel.
